At Manmoh Jewel, we take great pride in our handcrafted jewellery made by skilled Indian artisans. As each piece is handmade, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur—these are natural characteristics and part of the product’s unique charm.

We only offer exchange or store credit under specific conditions mentioned below

Store credits can be redeemed only on manmohjewel.com
EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY
If you do not like the product, you may request a replacement for store credit under the following conditions:

Request must be raised within 3 working days of delivery

Product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days
-
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer

Once received and verified, a store credit will be issued

Store credit is valid for 3 months
-
Original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the credit

⚠️ Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
RETURNS ACCEPTED ONLY IF
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product received is different from what was ordered

The product is damaged upon delivery
(Mandatory unboxing video required)
Please report such issues within 2 days of delivery with clear images/videos.
Requests after this period will not be entertained.
If return pickup is arranged by us, a ₹150 pickup fee will be charged.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Coupon codes cannot be used on exchange orders or store credits

Store credits cannot be redeemed on sale items

Products purchased from third-party websites or offline stores are not eligible

Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE CASES
No refund, return, or exchange will be provided for:

Pre-order or customized / made-to-order items

Used or worn products

Minor color or design variations due to screen differences or handcrafted nature

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Orders undelivered after 3 failed delivery attempts

Delays caused by natural calamities, national emergencies, or unavoidable events
If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

If an order is cancelled before shipping, no refund will be issued
→ Only a store credit will be provided
